About error software 17D NLS in machine 9D -Guatemala

When vector nls,9D,17d nls system show the Error.how to do?

 

These mistakes are giving a 17D to 9D ,vector NlS system,I sold software to Guatemala a few months ago. I have still under warranty. He is a doctor who has bought us several machines. Tell me what you think and if I can do something to help solve the problem.

1) let the Customer Uninstalled the software.
2)Restart the PC,
3)install the softare again,and restart the pc .
